Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pokesona. If you are not satisfied due to a valid reason such as receiving a faulty or damaged product, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via email at contact@pokesona.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Refund Fees
- A 6% refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This covers non-refundable fees charged by our credit card payment processor.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or damaged.
- QR Payments: 15 Baht processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This covers non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If the product you receive is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Please take a video before opening the package as a measure to make the refund/return process straightforward.
- Please include clear photos of the damage when contacting us.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
5. How to Start a Return
- To request a return or refund, please email us at contact@pokesona.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos & videos of the item (if damaged/faulty)
We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed.
Pre-Order Policy:
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund, provided the product has not yet arrived. There may be some processing charges to the refund depending on the method.
